Dear Aspirants,

Setting up high standards and achieving them with diligent effort has been our constant hallmark. Success is a goal, all else is commentary. To achieve something great, you need clear goals, plans and schedules to get from wherever you are today to whatever you want to be in the future. You need a flight plan that you file before you begin and that you use to guide you on your journey. You must then have the courage to 'take off' to step out with faith,with no guarantees of success. On your journey you must be prepared to make continual course corrections. And especially you

must resolve in advance that you will keep going until you reach your destination.
